Heather Moreno’s interest with weight loss, fitness, and human health began after college. Her quest for human body health and mental fitness guided her along the journey, helping individuals on their weight loss journey.

Heather Moreno is hired by busy people who struggle to make health and wellness a priority. With a diverse background in exercise physiology, coaching, and theology, she helps people to understand the root of what’s keeping them stuck so they can stop spinning their wheels and know how to get results. Heather personally understands the challenges of fitting health priorities into a hectic schedule.  She is a licensed CPA, serves as an elected City Council Member in the City of Atascadero and serves on the board of the Central Coast California chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.

Coaching the Weight loss

Heather is the proprietor of weight loss breakthrough, started to guide clients on a successful healthy weight loss journey. Heather clearly understands everyone has a slightly different physiological and mental perspective regarding weight loss. There is no true one size fits all diet. She explains diets are temporary, and people need life plans to maintain a certain level of health and fitness.

Programmed weight gain

During our conversation, Heather explained the mindset for food is generational and based on gender. Those people who are direct descendants of those who survived the Great Depression. Another statement Heather made during the interview directly related to you have to love your body to treat it well.

There is a component of weight loss other than food which are:

  • Stress
  • Sleep
  • Water
  • Lifestyle

The journey to specific and long-term weight is a process, particularly if the process is new and not integrated as a lifestyle. Personal weight maintenance is a constant and ongoing practice. Weight loss is not a temporary, regarding weight loss, lifelong maintenance is living.
