Naked States of America New Nudist 101 It Ain’t about Swinging (NSFW)

Naked States of America New Nudist 101- It Aint about Sex or Swinging (no pun intended) – maybe NSFW.

But they don’t have clothes on.

In America, the first thing that people think about when they are confronted with a live nude mature adult human body is thoughts related to sex and lust. We live in a society dominated by sex and body image in the media, online and in advertising.  Because of our Puritan system, many Americans have negative emotions and thoughts related to the nude human body in public or the open.

In the land of the brave and home and the free, it can be in an arrestable offense to be seen nude in public particularly if you are male, therefore if someone prefers the clothing optional lifestyle, there are private and some public facilities to utilize.  Well, let’s discuss it this way there are people in the United States who love to be without clothes.  There is a group who governs so to speak or sets the standard for clothing optional facilities in the United States. the association in America it is called AANR, Which stands for American Association for Nude Recreation. this Association set standards and rules for facilities to follow in order to be family friendly nude recreational facilities.  It is obvious Immediately when visiting a the AANR Association facility, violations are not to be tolerated.

Global Nude recreation

Globally public nudity is not a shame factor but in America. Nudity has a negative stigma in many social circles.  You may be surprised to find out who is a naturist/ nudist. Your Banker, politician, school teacher, insurance agent or local judge.

While visiting Europe once I was indoctrinated into the nude scene.  In Europe nudity is not seen a taboo and uncommon in as one might think, as a matter of fact, they have specific spas and beaches dedicated to the promotion and enjoyment of those who like to be in the buff.

Nude Recreation in America.

These nudist / naturist facilities are spread out all across the American continent.  if you are ever wondering if they are above board or about any shadiness just checked the AANR website to see if your facility that you’re thinking of is a part of that Association.  checking with the association will allow you the ability to pick a place that is free from any kind of harassment or improper Behavior.

Let me start like this I have an American I was born in America I’ve spent most of my life in America and with that came certain ideologies of no-nos.  we have been reared to believe that the human body the nude human body is a thing of Shame and should not be seen except for those who are immediate in our lives such as our loved ones and our doctor.

There are responsible adults who love to be in the nude in nature and enjoy all that this Earth has given us.  I had the privilege to sit down with two individuals from a local nudist facility to talk about the decorum one must have the benefits and the activities of naturist facilities.

who are located in Indiana and they gave me the 411 on just what it is that being a naturist/nudist is all about remember this it is not about sex, as a matter of fact, one of the components was if any  kinds o inappropriate behavior is witnessed actions are seen there taking care of swiftly and immediately to correct and eradicated the issue .

My Experience

My experiences with the nude/naturist facilities so far are only positive.  Honestly, I have to say I have met some of the most genuine and forthright people. The best people I’ve ever encountered, there is nothing to hide.  I was actually pretty shocked how openly friendly, nice and great conversationalist these people were to me and my wife.

My wife had reservations about visiting a facility in the United States. She actually had the thought most Americans are creepy, which honestly, I don’t blame her. We previously visited clothing-optional spas in Europe. I was interested in having a similar experience in the United States.  Facilities of this nature are few and far between in some areas. Clothing optional facilities are found in more liberal areas where people are more open and less judgemental. It seems the farther west you travel in the United States there are far more facilities available for Nude Recreation. If you visit the AANR website you’ll see that there are facilities located in just about each of the 50 states. There are a few dry spots.

If you think you’ll feel uncomfortable, that will quickly fade as you visit and undress.  The people are so friendly and so nice and very open about everything, you are quickly disarmed with your knowledge that you are nude and you just become another person.

One thing I can honestly say meeting people without clothes literally takes away the sexual component of your thought,  and it does not take a long time. You begin to see psychologically, emotionally and physically we are all just Human beings. We all have the same body parts we may be shaped a little bit differently but we’re all the same.

Be Free, Be you

There was one really important psychological epiphany immediately.  I could not classify any of the people that I met. Of the individual only two things stood out.  Either they worked out or they did not work out in the gym.  Fundamentally, nudity is actually quite liberating once you get rid of this puritan psychological programming.  Being nude really puts you on your best behavior. In my opinion, a base level most human should observe.

My wife and I were talking about this very fact and we came up with the conclusion because we are covered our imagination takes over and that becomes the focus when we see someone new or someone who is of the opposite sex.

Another fact we uncovered particularly about America is that most children have never seen their parents nude.  Yes, that’s right I said their parents. From the time we can wear diapers everyone is taught that seeing a nude body is taboo.

Well, I had a great conversation with Bill and Marie they laid out all the specifics for how to move about a naturist nudist resort and how to be respectful and have fun.
