Early in Mary’s life (Teenage years) she was very much into helping people and saving the world through charitable involvement and saving the world. Upon entering the adult world, she found those actions were not sustainable for her own life in the long term.

Here family strategy was School, find work to help sustain you, have kids and retire. She admits to being asleep regarding determining her old destiny.

The Epiphany, Business Development

The biggest epiphany manifested in Mary’s life when moving from San Francisco to Sedona Arizona and applied for a position as a real estate assistant. After looking at the situation, the job she was applying for seem very doable. Here understanding of the business was flawed. Mary figured after obtaining the position, customers would flock like hungry people to a fast food joint at lunchtime. NOPE!

Mary had a rude awakening and started to see customers had to be convinced to work with you. Her education in business development began with the new real estate position. Quickly realizing there was work to do, a rude awakening.

The Fastest way to Failure

The fastest way to failure is conformity. Mary learned this early on and applied to her life from that point forward. Mary applies this philosophy to her life and stretches to achieve next level status. She encourages people to follow her model, extracting the information to journey forward.

A late lesson Mary learned:

Men will apply for jobs they are 60% qualified to fill. Women will apply to jobs they are 110% qualified.

After surviving the 2008 financial crash and suffering some financial hardship Mary decided to pivot and work for other people as their assistant. Always seeing opportunity, she attended a seminar, she was introduced to not settling for what passable to what may be possible.

Not She has taken all the information acquired from her experiences, developing a framework for her clients to grow their business.
