<p>The Secret Movie, or  more appropriately, the law of attraction introduction to the masses, fascinated me in 2006 when I was gifted a viewing. I was freaking pumped about life after viewing the movie. So geek up was I,  it inspired me to write a book based on my personal experiences in fiction form.</p>
<p>Finally I had a term, or label which made things tangible for me.</p>
<p>BUT</p>
<p>As time passed and Oprah and many others got on the bandwagon, I realized The Secret Movie was The Law of attraction for Dummies.  After some inquires the deeper meaning was lost on most people. Individuals missed the focus of the true intention and lesson. Most people took it as how to get rich. I did too at first, until I realized something most people don&#8217;t understand, and I rarely hear spoken. Which is how to be <strong>Wealthy </strong>instead of how to be <strong>Rich.</strong></p>

<p>There are plenty of rich people in this country and about the globe, but there are very few wealthy people. Even the individuals who are the so called One percent are not wealthy (Occupy Wall street keep protesting, keep the revolution alive). Yes one percent may have  riches and power, but it is only part of the equation for being wealthy. There is no secret to being wealthy, for those who know the composition of wealth.</p>
<p>Being Wealthy is very simple, have what you need to live the experience of your intention. This means, access to the love to sustain you, access to the worldly resources (Money/finances), access to good health to experience this reality , and access to your purest divine nature and freedom.</p>
<p>We know plenty of stars and pop culture people who seem to have it all in the way of riches popularity and love (attention from the masses), but still they are not wealthy, for they are experiencing the facade of wealth, it is simply rich in paper and material only. The spirituality and other components are missing. If we look back in history, there are scores of people who were Rich and popular in Pop Culture, who dropped out of the lime light willingly. If you ask these people why ultimately you will find they changed paths and dropped the appearance of wealth for a true since of wealth.</p>
<p>The Secret Movie of studied, will guide you towards the information available necessary for any person to embody a truer living and manifesting experience.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>How Can I be Happy, Slow Down and stop being so busy</strong></p>
<p>In Part seven of the happiness series, we will discuss the issue our modern society and inflicted upon the population.</p>
<p>Americans are especially good at being busy. Once upon a time things were different in the world, we did not have access to everything at any time. There is a unspoken air in society, if you are not doing something or trying to achieve then you are lazy. We are bombarded with Facebook, iTunes, Television, Smart phones, relationships and the list goes on and on. So many thing are seeking our attention, but it is up to us to choose where I attention is focused. Why not focus on yourself.</p>
<p>I traveled to Europe last year. Fascinating, the difference in mentality and identity about work and leisure. It was amazing how Europeans separate and categorize what must be done in their lives and what they want to do in their lives. As American we spend much of our life, in pursuit of something we can barely measure with our contentment. <strong>WE FREAKIN WORK FAR TOO MUCH</strong>.</p>

<p>Children, work, family, friends,TV and stressful daily commutes take a toll on our well being. We spend way too much time doing STUFF.</p>
<p>It is absolutely necessary to detach and find personal serene calm time to just think,  dream, contemplate and hope. Sometimes we get too busy and find ourselves lost, then find ourselves wondering how we arrived at a point of feeling overwhelmed with our life. We must take time to take care of not only our physical health as so many people focus, but we have to understand the body follows the mind. Your mental state totally dictates how the body functions.</p>
<ul>
<li>Find 15 minutes every day to do absolutely NOTHING!</li>
<li>Discover meditation.</li>
<li>Discover Yoga set aside at least 10 minutes to just think about nothing in particular.</li>
</ul>
<p>I know some of those items seem redundant, but it so very important to be in the moment with just your core Being.</p>
<p>Life for me has become so much more pleasant since practicing the art of doing nothing and clearing my mind. My life has gotten so much calmer, free flowing and easier.</p>
<p>I suggest books such as the Sedona method  to help in this process. It is not about meditation per se, but it can help you find the source of some of the anxiety in your life.</p>
<p>We are never to busy just to be still and take it all in. If your feeling anxious, stressed, or out of sorts, take the time to slow down right now and smell your own rose.</p>

<p>This is not a cause to be sad, but it is ok to mourn her passing as she will be missed. Whitney Houston&#8217;s legacy will live for years to come, she has and will mark special moment in many individuals and couples lives from engagements to first dances and memories of love and happiness inspired by her music and vocal talent. </p>
<p>It does feel a waste to transition so early in life, because we all know there was a great deal of joy she could spread to the world.</p>
<p>Rest In Peace from this reality Whitney Houston.</p>
<p>For All of US Enjoy this experience, live in love and Joy, be happy in every moment by finding the good in any situation. Whitney House lived a life many of us could scarcely imagine.  Say a prayer for her family. Love the body of work she leaves with us.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I use to wonder why Married couples and long term relationship couples hit mid life (40&#8242;s) then suddenly they separate or divorce. I think I have found the missing or not much talked about truth. </p>
<p><strong>Perimenopause</strong></p>
<p>As i have ventured through this life, I have witnessed various couples who have split, separated or divorced out of the blue. Most people (outsiders) attribute it to several factors, but they were all just window dressing. Mid-life crisis, empty nest syndrome, money issues, or they grew apart. The issue goes to the psychological and the physical. Imagine going through puberty at 45 x 10 </p>
<p>Lately I have been looking at the effects of perimenopause (pre-menopause) on the those in the mid life stage.  Previously I would encounter a man or woman in their 40&#8242;s and discover they were recently separated or getting a divorce. When it seemed they were doing great in their relationship previously. You would think by the time a couple has been together for several  years or decades the hard part would be over. Time to coast, with the kids possible out of the houseand on their own&#8230;NOPE.</p>
<p>I am going to construct this post from the male perspective since it is rarely discussed. I am just looking at it from the inside out, because there seems to be not logic, or reason (man thinking) to the abrupt changes that you may encounter.</p>
<p>As women enter mid life and it can happen as early as her early 30&#8242;s, she begins to produce less progesterone. Testosterone and estrogen level ebb and fluctuate seemingly at random. The obvious tell tell signs are irregular periods or changes in monthly time between period, hard time sleeping, personality changes and a host of other symptoms. There is a wealth of information for women but little for the unsuspecting man. </p>
<p>If a Husband or spouse has no clue or even if he does, there may be a storm of change about to hit your life. Since a woman&#8217;s period brings about hormone level changes, the onset of perimenopause can pull the rug from under many relationships. If  woman is not aware of this change and does not seek medical advise, you could be living with a stranger overnight. You may not know what hit you. </p>
<p>There are a few blogs and forums with men telling HORROR stories based on mid life crisis and perimenopause of their spouse or girlfriend.  </p>
<p>Men of the world, It is best to have open lines of communication with your spouse, help her to understand how much you love her. Because you and your family will be tested. </p>
<p>TRUST ME. This will be a situation where you will have to be happy and strong within your soul to endure this portion of your life, because it may not blow over quickly, and the changes in you life can be dramatic, with consequences.</p>
<p>Be Strong, BE wise and have faith.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We hear it everywhere, EXERCISE, LOOSE WEIGHT, EAT HEALTHY.</p>
<p>The fact of the matter is we don&#8217;t move enough in the current state of our society. Most of the population has an automobile and use them to the maximum. We ride everywhere, then we come home and sit more than we stand. </p>
<p>I found physical activity fills my happy meter, so I make it a point to do something physical as often as I can. Recently, I dropped 20 pounds of body fat. After looking at some recent pictures, and wondering why my knees, hips,feet and back were having some discomfort, the decision was made to get as close to my optimum weight. I actually had to look it up on Google and do some research to figure out what my weight should be for my body type. From 210+ pounds to 190 pounds in 4+ months.<br />
Here are some of the actions I put in place.</p>
<p>1.) In the summer I bought a bike<br />
2.) Found a cheap membership to a gym that was in my daily travel path, for the winter.<br />
3.) Realized I did not need to eat to become full, but eat to be satisfied (I tend to eat as long as food is in front of me.)<br />
4.) Stop watching the Food Network</p>
<p>One of the most noted things jarring my decision to start moving and loosing weight was the amount of people who have been diagnosed or have diabetes.  I want to live this life with as much functionality as possibility, and I want this for everyone. </p>
<p><strong>How to be happy, be healthy and functionality</strong>. </p>
<p>Remember Gym Class back in school, there was a reason, to keep you healthy. As adults we have to make our own gym class. Just take a look at the education system where physical fitness has been diminished or withdrawn. We have unhealthy children. Lets face it we live in paradise, food is everywhere, but we don&#8217;t have to eat as though it is going out of style. </p>
<p>I want you all to be happy, and enjoy life to the fullest. So &#8220;How can I be happy part 6&#8243;, get physical and Move. It can be difficult at first, but stick with it for 30 days until a habit forms. You will thank me.</p>

Holding on to resentment prevents us from progressing forward on our path towards well being. It is imperative for us to learn how to truly forgive people for transgression committed against us. There are time when we hold resentment for things which have no effect on our lives. </p>
<p>Forgiveness is a key component to our personal quest in How to be happy. We often ask ourselves how can I be happy with myself. I cannot stress enough how forgiving people will bring prosperity to your life. </p>
<p>Going forward daily it is a given, at any point in your life someone close to you will fall short of your expectations. We as humans are not perfect being, compounded with emotions, physical changes, peer pressure and a host of other things miscommunication and strife can manifest in any relationship with another human. </p>
<p>Holding a grudge is a sure sign that you are a person who lives in the past. If you are a person who lives in the past how can you progress and grow in the future. </p>
<p>DOn&#8217;t take it all so seriously. FORGIVE THY NEIGHBOR!</p>

<p>It&#8217;s no secret after a few month working for some company or dealing with the dreaded public where you are not appreciated, we my not feel the joys of yesterday with the situation. Everyone at some point will have objections about their method of income or employer.</p>
<p>There is a ray of hope. It all depends on how you look at the situation. Yes work can be stressful. Your co-workers have chatty issues which you cannot tolerate. The coffee taste like boiled hot dog water.  There are a host of things that make your day drag like watching paint dry&#8230;LOL.</p>
<p>Now that we have a few causes of you source of income detracting from your life. We will now look at the the flip side of the equation.</p>
<p>Here they are:</p>
<ol>
<li>You are not spending money your making it.</li>
<li>You are learning lesson about life and people</li>
<li>You get to feed yourself.</li>
<li>The bar night that comes around every once in a while with co-workers.</li>
<li>You make friends that can last a life time.</li>
<li>There is someone who wishes they had your job.</li>
<li>You helped someone.</li>
<li>You may learn new task.</li>
<li>You are not as poor as if you did not have the job.</li>
<li>Your job keeps your mind off other things.</li>
<li>You can provide for yourself and others.</li>
</ol>
<p>There are a host of items numbering into the thousands of why you should be happy about your job. If you ever get the blues about your job, remember it has given you what you have currently, and your current occupation can provide more good things in your life.</p>
<p>People notice happy people at their job who appreciate life  what they have .Most of us get into a rut about our job because we are simply bored. Jobs are like relationships, everything is going well until the job is not exciting. imagine what it could be or what life could be represented by if that job was taken away from you.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>My Motto &#8221; Use a Job to get where YOU want to be&#8221;. Follow your passion and use your job to finance or gain knowledge to move towards your dreams. Do it with purpose, and think of what you would like to do without getting paid , except you get pain because it is your dream.</p>
<p>There are millions of people who work jobs that are crap to finance or lean a skill for something greater. Find any little excuse to feel good about the situation you are in and exploit and celebrate that one thing, then find another, and another until you find a new more joyous job/situation. Your task is to feel as best you can regardless of the situation. That is how better things cross your path.</p>

Make someone beyond your eyeballs smile.</p>

<p>It is a really simple act that cost you nothing, all you have to do is use the muscles in your face and show your teeth. Well it&#8217;s a little more involved than that, but you get my meaning. I am not talking about that fake courtesy smile either.</p>
<p>The best way to do this is to quickly study someone and find a positive attribute about them. Smile and then say for example &#8220;Hey those are really nice eye glasses you have on&#8221;. It could be anything about someone, haircut, shoes, jacket, SMILE, just keep it light and positive. You will find out quickly the resulting effects of your efforts, your mood and perspective will rise and gain momentum for several reasons. It will bolster your feelings in the question of &#8220;how can I be happy&#8221;, second you will make other people feel nice and good about you, third people who smile frequently are happier more joyous individuals.</p>
<p>You may be surprised, something wonderful will come out of this simple social function of smiling. Understand that people don&#8217;t exist until you actually acknowledge they are present. Don&#8217;t you want to exist in a world other than in your own mind.</p>
<p>Try intentionally smiling at 20% of the people you encounter for the next 30 days and see how your life changes.<br />
Smiling is the best nonverbal communication ever invented. Most people will return a smile, because it simply feels good.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>They say people make the world go around, metaphorically that is. People also help you to grow. As humans by nature we are tribal, clanish, and of community.</p>
<p>For me I was an only child and lived in a crazy neighborhood, so I was cautious as a child accepting new people in my life. as I grew to young adult and early adult hood it became very apparent, there is power in numbers and having a support system. </p>
<p>Friends are not just people to share time with, they are entities to share life with. People in your life are important, because  of the broadened experience and value they bring. Friends and close and close associates recognize the value of you as a contributor to the society at large. Having friends builds confidence, helps to seer you in the right direction and care for you when you thing you are alone. </p>
<p>People with a respectful caring circle of friends has value few really recognize. On of the best attributes of friends is the way they will see opportunities and place them in your path. Thing of a job, class , some other scenario that has enhanced your life because someone close to you gave you a heads up. </p>
<p>Friends and colleagues bolster a persons self esteme and sense of belonging. Today&#8217;s society is the best time in history to fnd people who share your views, hobbies, and frame of mind. Don&#8217;t discount the value of people as friends(quality friends)as a part of your life. </p>
<p>Friends protect you and look for your best entrance. Our job is to be selective in the quality of people in our accessible circle. Low quality Friends can have traumatic effects in our life causing the extreme opposite of what good friends represent.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Optimistic people are infectious to most people. To other they are just annoying. </p>
<p>During my travels, it has been a tendency to subtlety notice the words people profess from their mouth. The trending fact from my perspective is, people are not so happy with themselves. People seem to feel it is easier to see the worst more frequently than the best. Complaining is the norm. I am constantly picking up negative internal personal vibes from the individual&#8217;s I encounter.  This does not break my happy stride one bit.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t think people understand or are just plain ignorant to the state of being know as optimism. I get the fact we are surrounded by dome and gloom from the television, and radio is no better. society is constantly sending us signal of how we are not good enough, funk that!</p>
<p>We all have to be centered in our own space and know that it all works out in the end. We were not placed here on earth to experience down time, nope not at all. We must understand that optimism will shed a light on our life that is so bright as to make the population of earth take notice of our personal individual shine. Swag on baby.</p>
<p>Getting laid off from your job? Means its time for you to discover something else to do, on your terms. Gained a few pounds, don&#8217;t just sit there go for a walk and think. You would be surprised at the ideas that come to you when walking. Make yourself laugh while in thought, you would be surprised how the optimism will shine through.</p>
<p>We must be optimistic in this life, because the energy of optimism brings, joy, confidence, good attention and happiness. Yes, if you are not use to being optimistic, you may feel uncomfortable initially.. To make it a habit try it for thirty days starting with January, then February and so on. Doing anything over a 30 day period is the process of creating a new habit. Try the new habit of being optimistic and seeing the great, good and wonderful in any situation, even if the optimistic though is really small it will grow to greatness. </p>
<p>Optimism has gotten me through some tough times. Combined with prayer, I and you are invincible.</p>
